What this policy covers
This policy describes how KompK9 LLC ("KompK9", "we") handles information collected through kompk9.com. It applies to this website only.
Information you give us
When you contact us by form, call, text, WhatsApp, or email, or join the NY list, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, contact information, your town, and what you tell us about your dog. We use it to respond to you, schedule and deliver training, and send the updates you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with the service providers below. If you message us on WhatsApp, the WhatsApp privacy policy also applies to that conversation.
Booking and payment
Lesson booking is handled by cal.com. Payments are made through Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle, so your account and bank details stay with that service and never touch our servers. Their privacy policies govern that data.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (pages visited, rough location, device type, and how visitors scroll and click). This data does not identify you personally. You can block analytics with standard browser tools and the site works fine.
Forms and spam protection
The contact form and the NY list are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form; Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. What you send is kept in a private spreadsheet and emailed to Zak, and a confirmation is emailed back to you.
Embedded content
Pages may embed content from Instagram, YouTube, Google Maps, and cal.com. Those services may set their own cookies when you interact with their content.
Retention
We keep correspondence and client records for as long as we work together and as required for tax and business records, then delete them on request or on our normal schedule.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kompk9@outlook.com and we will sort it out.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
